There are two broad types of questionnaires available.
- Facility Details Questionnaire: These questionnaires are related to various equipment and software available at each institute.
- Standard operating procedures (SOP): These questionnaires are related to standard operating procedures or protocols related to specific aspects of the radiotherapy processes.
It is requested that users complete the facility details before adding SOPs as equipment details related to the SOPs will be specific to the institute.
