SURAQSA website has been created to support standardized quality assurance for radiotherapy. The content and information displayed in this website are for reference purposes only and does not purport to be a legal document. This website is intended for Radiation Oncology professionals only. Members are required to register for the website. After registration they can access the complete content available on the site. All members registering for SURAQSA must agree to be a part of and facilitate external peer review of their radiotherapy practice to document adherence to the written SOPs. 

SURAQSA does warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information, text, graphics, links or other items contained within the SURAQSA website. As a result of updates and corrections, the web contents are subject to change regularly. Facility profile information and standard operating procedures on the website are contributed by members of the website.

SURAQSA is a voluntary consortium of centers who have decided to collaborate and cooperate to enhance patient safety and improve the care process. SURAQSA is not affiliated with the Atomic Energy Regulatory Board of India (AERB) and all collaborating institutes are responsible for fulfilment of any and all regulatory norms as mandated by AERB.
