Facility Profile is a collection of data which outlines the various types of equipments and software available for a particular institute on the SURAQSA website. Facility profile details include:
- Details of various types of TPS and additional software available.
- Details of teletherapy & brachytherapy machines.
- Details of dosimetry and quality assurance equipment available.
For each type of equipment / software a seperate questionnaire is made. This ensures that institutes have the flexibility to enter the available equipment and software. Each questionnaire has a institute field. Members will note that they can only select a single institute for the facility profile i.e the institute which they belong.
Note that these details are only visible to the SURAQSA members.
